GROUP SALES AGREEMENT
Prices:
Tickets are $15.00 per seat.
Deposits:
A 50%
deposit is required before seats will be reserved. This
can be paid by cash, check or credit card. We accept
Visa or MasterCard. Checks should be made payable to:
The IceHouse Theatre. The balance is due at
least 2 weeks before the date of the performance.
Tickets will be mailed or available for pickup upon
receipt of your full payment.
Refunds:
Full refund (less $1.00 per seat handling charge) will
be made if tickets are returned to The IceHouse
Theatre at least 14 days prior to the scheduled
performance. Tickets returned/canceled after that time,
but at least 48 hours prior to the performance, will be
subject to a $5.00 per seat handling charge. No refunds
on returned or canceled tickets received less than 48
hours before the performance.
Changes:
The number in your group may be increased at any time as
long as seats for that performance are available when we
receive your payment for the additional tickets.
All changes must be handled through your group leader.
No changes will be taken by the box office.
Seating:
We will
give your group the best available at the time your
deposit is received. |
