We do our best to answer the phones as calls come in, but please be patient as many patrons call us each day and some days there is only one person to handle the calls and window sales. As a help, we have implemented an online system which you can access from any computer with an Internet connection.

*Note: On purchases made on the Internet there is a $1.50 charge per ticket from the service that we use for this convenience. Also mailing tickets will have a .50 cent fee added charge to cover the cost of the mailing supplies and postage.

Box Office Policies

Reservations

Prepaid reservations are held through intermission at which point other patrons may elect to move for a better seating opportunity. Flex passes are not tickets, and need to be exchanged at the Box Office for specific seating tickets prior to the performance of choice. There is no guarantee of a specific seat with Flex passes so the earlier you know your dates the better chance of getting the seat you want.
 

Exchanges

Exchanges of individual tickets can be made up to 24 hours before a performance at no charge. Tickets may only be exchanged for those of equal value. Please return tickets to the Box Office in person during regular business hours or by mail if time permits. If you choose to mail your tickets, please enclose a note indicating the performance date you wish to attend and your seating preference. We will hold your tickets at the Box Office, or if time permits mail them back to you. All exchanges are subject to availability.

Refunds
 

The Theatre has a no refund policy. Under EXTREME circumstances, passes will be issued for future performances of the same value.

Donations

Donations are also a vital part of the resources we need to keep all the programs so vital to the community that are not main stage shows. Maintenance, landscaping and upkeep, upgrades to systems and supplies, just to name a few. 
In many cases your donation is tax deductible, but always consult your tax advisor. To make a donation mail your check to the theatre (click here for mailing address), stop by the box office or make it online by clicking here.  

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available through the box office. These make great gifts and allow the receiver to choose the performances and dates they wish.

Subscriptions

Flex Passes

Choose the convenience of selecting your performances to suit your schedule.  A Flex Pass is a voucher good for five admissions and is validated each time you attend the theatre.   Flex Pass Subscribers can apply their five Flex Passes to ANY performances of the season!  That's a $100 value for just $85.  Simply phone for reservations to the performance of your choice.  We recommend for the best seat selection to contact the Box Office as early as possible.

Flex Passes must be exchanged for tickets. Individual Flex Passes must be redeemed for reserved seat tickets at the Box Office. Tickets are mailed once reservations are made (time permitting) or may be picked up at the Box Office window.

Subscription Ticket Exchanges

A money-saving change beginning with our 2007-2008 Season:  Our $3 exchange fee will be waived for both Fixed Seat and Flex Pass Subscribers who are able to make ticket exchanges a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the ticketed performance and turn in the original tickets at the Box Office Window.  Note that Fixed Seat Subscribers must exchange seats for the same production and that all exchanges are based on availability.
